Thank you for shopping with Glass Gifts. We aim to deliver your printed glassware quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery times, costs, and order processing.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated by email.
Personalised and printed glassware may require extra time for design and printing. Typical production time: 2–5 business days before dispatch.
If we anticipate any significant delays, we’ll contact you directly via the email provided with your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We currently ship orders via:

Royal Mail – for most UK standard deliveries

Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) – for selected products and faster dispatch options
Your order confirmation email will state which carrier is used. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking details (where available).

We occasionally offer free UK delivery promotions — details will appear on our website or during checkout when available.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:

United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)
If you’d like to order from outside the UK, please contact us before checkout at sales@glassgifts.co.uk — we may be able to arrange international shipping on request.
6. Order Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once it’s dispatched.
You can use this link to follow your parcel’s progress through Royal Mail or Amazon’s tracking page.
7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel is delayed or missing:

Check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact us at sales@glassgifts.co.uk with your order number.
We’ll do our best to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement/refund where applicable.
8. Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care to package glassware safely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
9. Click & Collect
At present, we do not offer a click & collect or in-person pickup service.

We may update our Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in courier services, delivery rates, or operations.
